Whoa! This place was amazing! I loved all the unique pancake options from sweet to savory -- was so hard to choose which ones to get! The pancakes came out really quickly and were as delicious as they looked and the latte was perfect! Would definitely go back if I find myself back in Edinburgh!!
Yum!
I had the gluten free version of the spiced pear stack… and omg! It was soo good!

So many options to choose from, especially if you make your own.
The restaurant itself was really nice, comfortable seating. It wasn’t too busy when we went around 12pm.
The day we went wasn’t busy at all, but we’ve heard it’s best to book in advance during tourist season! Service was just a bit slow despite it being basically empty. It seemed nice and spacious, it could have good energy when it’s more full up. Our food was delicious though, very happy with how it turned out. Maple syrup is a bit expensive for what it is, but it could be down to importing it? A warning for those travelling far, might not be the place to go with jet lag. I find it hard to work up an appetite after a long flight so if you’re the same, save it for a few days into your trip.
